Refund Policy

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any consulting services from Peak Rail Advisors (“Company”), the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full. Due to the nature of professional consulting, all fees are final and non-refundable once payment has been made. Consulting services are provided based on the agreed-upon scope, and clients understand that consulting outcomes are not guaranteed. Requests for refunds will be considered only in cases required by law and at the sole discretion of Peak Rail Advisors.

Clients acknowledge that all advice and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or operational advice. Peak Rail Advisors is not responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided. Reliance on consulting services is at the client’s own risk.

No Refunds for Completed or Ongoing Services

Once a consulting session, strategy review, or advisory service has been initiated, scheduled, or completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • One-time consultations (virtual, phone, or in-person)

  • Strategic planning and advisory work

  • Market research, feasibility studies, or reports

  • Contract or proposal review services

  • Any other custom consulting engagements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are prepared for scheduled consulting sessions. Missed or canceled sessions are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled at Peak Rail Advisors’ discretion. Prepaid services that remain unused for 90 days will be forfeited without refund.

Clients further agree not to dispute or request chargebacks from their payment provider for any services rendered. Any unauthorized chargeback attempts will result in legal action to recover fees, including administrative costs.

Additionally, the client agrees not to make any false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Peak Rail Advisors or its services. Any violation of this provision may result in legal action.

Exceptional Cases & Legal Compliance

Refunds will only be issued where explicitly required by Idaho or U.S. law. If a refund is legally mandated, it will be limited to unused portions of prepaid services and processed within 30 days. Peak Rail Advisors is not responsible for indirect losses, opportunity costs, or dissatisfaction based on client expectations.

In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, power outages, unforeseen government restrictions, etc.), Peak Rail Advisors shall not be held liable for any disruptions, delays, or cancellations in services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Idaho state or federal courts.

​

If any provision of this Refund Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
